Additional Touch-Up Time | $85/hour
Begins after your bridal application is complete and can include complexion and lip refreshes before photos, your first look or ceremony. Extended stays and multiple look changes may require a custom quote.

Within Sylvan Lake | Complimentary
Outside Sylvan Lake | $0.80/km round trip

Travel is calculated from Sylvan Lake to your getting ready location and back. Parking, valet, tolls and accommodation are additional when required.

Early Morning Fee | $85/hour before 7:00 AM
Applies to time spent travelling or providing services before 7:00 AM.

Overnight accommodation may be required for significant travel or particularly early starts. Destination, out-of-province and international weddings are quoted individually.

Additional Artist Coordination | $75 per artist

For larger bridal parties or shorter timelines, an additional artist may be recommended or required. I can connect you with a trusted professional and coordinate the overall wedding morning timeline.

Each additional artist’s services are booked and paid directly through their own business. Their rates, travel fees, contract and booking policies apply.

Chlo Artistry’s peak season minimum applies to services booked with me, even when an additional artist is hired.

Statutory Holiday Fee | $50–$100
A fee may apply depending on the date, timing and booking size.

Sunday availability is limited as I reserve most Sundays for church, family and rest. Please inquire about your date.

Your date is officially reserved once your signed agreement/contract and 30% non-refundable retainer are received.

An inquiry, quote or priority waitlist placement does not reserve your date.

The remaining balance is due in full seven days before your wedding. Any additional charges incurred afterward, such as parking or pre-approved touch-up time, will be invoiced separately.

Please allow up to 90 minutes for the bride, approximately 60 minutes per adult attendant and 45–60 minutes per junior attendant.

For on-location bookings, please allow an additional 15–20 minutes for setup before the first appointment and 10–15 minutes for pack-up after the final application. This extra time is not needed for studio appointments.
